PRICING:

MINIMUM ORDER:
There is a $50 minimum order for UPS or Parcel Post shipments. Delivery is subject to additional charges.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
We stock most items in our catalog. If the item is not in stock, we can special order from our factory. All special orders require a 50% deposit with balance due on delivery.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGE:
All merchandise shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For truck line deliveries, note any damage or shortages on the freight bill before you sign it.

REFUNDS:
We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call our customer service at 520-622-4946 in advance to obtain return authorization within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging. Additional shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply.

RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items will be inspected prior to issue of credit. All returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus freight.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY:
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are USPS, UPS and FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require Express or 2 Day shipping please notify us when you call for your quote.
